Planning
If you already have a set of plans and own a lot, then you're ready to get started. If you don't have plans or a lot we can help you with the design of the perfect plans and put you in contact with someone that can help you find a lot. Once we have a completed set of plans and specifications we are ready to present you with a budget and proposal. Read below for more about our design services.
Construction
During construction we are with you every step of the way. As the construction begins, our skilled craftsmen will bring your dream to life using the highest quality materials and workmanship. Each home is a labor of love, we also know the importance of time. Typically, the construction of a new home takes around 10-12 months to complete. We take pride in delivering top quality within a reasonable time.
Completion
The moment you've been waiting for! Your custom home is now complete and ready to welcome you. We take great pride in our commitment to excellence and personalized service.
Design
Our clients who are building or remodeling will work with our interior designer, Sarah, to guide them through the entire planning and build process. She will take you through the process of visualizing each and every space and will also help with making selections and design choices. If you don't already have plans, we also offer design services and work with you along side with our home designer to create the perfect floor plan for your dream home. For new builds or for an existing home that needs a transformation we can help with furniture and home furnishing selections.
